Growe is seeking a VIP SMM Manager to develop and execute content strategies for VIP social media channels across international markets. The role involves managing social media, coordinating with creative teams, preparing technical briefs, and monitoring performance. Candidates should have 2+ years of SMM and content management experience, strong copywriting skills, and an Upper-Intermediate English level.

  • Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and creative contractors
  • Prepare clear technical briefs for agencies and external partners
  • Lead and maintain the new VIP Digest feature inside the platform with regular updates
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly

  • Strong experience in developing content strategy and managing a structured content calendar
  • Strong copywriting skills: tone of voice, captions, CTAs, giveaway mechanics
  • Experience in creating briefs for designers, motion designers, and videographers
