VIP SMM Manager

• Develop and align content plans for VIP social media across all active regions;
• Manage and grow VIP social media channels, ensuring timely posting and engagement;
• Integrate VIP-focused content into existing brand channels to maximize reach and inspiration for the broader audience;
• Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and creative contractors;
• Prepare clear technical briefs for agencies and external partners;
• Lead and maintain the new VIP Digest feature inside the platform with regular updates;
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.

##### We need your professional experience:

• 2+ years proven experience in SMM and content management;
• Experience in international markets;
• Strong experience in developing content strategy and managing a structured content calendar;
• Strong copywriting skills: tone of voice, captions, CTAs, giveaway mechanics;
• Experience in creating briefs for designers, motion designers, and videographers;
• Experience with AI would be a huge plus;
• English level - Upper-Intermediate;
• Experience with VIP or premium audiences would be a strong advantage.
