Senior Graphic Designer

Growe is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to develop visual concepts for digital campaigns, promotions, and special projects. The role involves creating banners, hero sections, and graphics, while maintaining brand visual style and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in digital or product design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in digital or product design
• Strong portfolio featuring examples of marketing graphics, UI elements, banners, and promo screens
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Deep understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual balance
• English level - Upper-Intermediate

Good to Have

• Understanding of betting/casino content specifics
• Experience in building brand guidelines or design systems

• English level - Upper-Intermediate;
• Understanding of betting/casino content specifics - a plus;
• Experience in building brand guidelines or design systems - a plus.
