Job Description

The Payment Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and optimization of payment methods, monitoring acceptance rates, and managing balances for withdrawals and top-ups. This role involves developing contingency plans, creating monitoring guidelines, and providing regular payment activity reports. The manager will also assist with new payment provider integrations, suggest improvements to payment flows, and collaborate with BI for enhanced reporting. Candidates need 2+ years of experience in online payments, strong financial data processing skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.

  • 2+ years as a billing/payments manager/specialist in online payments (iGaming industry is preferable)

  • Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows
  • Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners
  • Deep understanding of payment and transactional systems and services
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
