Job Description

Growe is seeking a VIP Gamification Manager to plan, execute, and analyze gamification campaigns for player activation, retention, and reactivation within the iGaming industry. The role involves managing content, developing a gamification calendar, identifying new techniques, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high customer engagement and meet strategic goals. Candidates should have 1.5+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Gamification Management, with expertise in bonus mechanics, quests, and tournaments.

  • Analyze and create segments for gamification campaigns;
  • Manage content inside the gamification back office;
  • Publish and update content;
  • Develop and maintain a gamification calendar aligned with main goals and ensure the deadlines are met;
  • Assist with identifying new gamification techniques that are available for set up in the gamification back office to maintain a high level of customer engagement;
  • Ensure published content follows the overall promo concept;
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and others as needed;
  • Test the set content to make sure everything is working correctly;
  • Participate in hypothesis testing connected with the retention- and activation-connected metrics.

We need your professional experience:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Gamification Management within the iGaming industry;
  • Experience with bonus mechanics, quests, level systems, and tournaments;
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of player motivation dynamics;
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, data, and communications teams;
  • English proficiency – Upper-Intermediate+;
  • Hands-on experience with Smartico platform (will be a plus).
