We're a passionate, fast-growing startup, and we're looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to join our team and help us spread the word.

As our Marketing Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, both online and offline. You'll get to unleash your creativity, experiment with new strategies, and see the direct impact of your work on our growing community of happy pets and their humans.

• E-commerce Storefront Master: Manage and optimize our online storefront, crafting a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey that delights our customers at every touchpoint.
• Insights Navigator: Monitor and analyze website analytics, campaign performance, and sales data, acting as a data detective to illuminate hidden pathways to growth.
• Channel Marketing Strategist: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display, to achieve strategic objectives.
• Pet Nutrition Foresight Lead: Proactively analyzing industry dynamics and competitor strategies to forecast emerging trends in pet nutrition.
• Creative Collateral: Develop eye-catching online & offline marketing materials, such as social media posts, website, brochures, and promotional giveaways.
• Customer Experience Advocate: Analyse customer feedback reviews and transform insights into tangible improvements that elevate the online shopping journey and cultivate lasting customer loyalty.
• Event Enthusiast: Plan and coordinate participation in local pet events, adoption days, and community gatherings to increase brand awareness and connect with pet owners. Support offline event planning.

• Passion for pets and a genuine interest in the pet industry.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A mix of online and offline marketing experience with good understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Fast learner and willing to go extra mile, with the ability to leverage AI tools to optimize work efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
