This role involves analyzing large datasets to identify business opportunities, conducting deep dives into user behavior, and providing actionable recommendations to improve key metrics like GMV, AOV, churn, CAC, and ROAS. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will build and maintain dashboards, monitor performance, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams. Responsibilities also include tracking marketing performance, translating business questions into analytical problems, supporting A/B tests, and contributing to data models. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in BI or Data Analytics, strong SQL, Excel/Google Sheets skills, and experience with data visualization tools.
