Job Description
The Senior Business Operation Manager will play a key role in identifying and resolving various business issues for global service operations. This role involves analyzing data, supporting decision-making through data analysis and insights throughout the business strategy lifecycle. The manager will contribute to unifying the growth direction of the entire team, enabling the organization to effectively solve problems and achieve continuous growth. Responsibilities include analyzing the status of Azar's services, establishing business and operational strategies, improving operational processes, and leading problem-solving with diverse teams. Also, Market research and business opportunities are required.
Must have:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
- Data-driven problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong execution skills
- Experience in global service operations or launching
Good to have:
- 3+ years of business planning and operations in IT or platform business
- Data analysis and SQL query skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment
- Strong interest in dating/live streaming/entertainment market trends

이 팀은 데이터를 기반으로 업무를 수행하며, 비즈니스 전략의 수립부터 실행에 이르기까지 전 과정에서 데이터 분석과 인사이트를 활용하여 의사결정을 지원합니다.
팀 전체의 성장 방향성을 하나로 합치고, 조직이 효과적으로 문제를 해결하며 지속적인 성장을 이룰 수 있도록 기여합니다.
Responsibilities
- 아자르 서비스 전반에 대한 현황 분석과 인사이트 도출
- BM 전략, 운영 전략 등 사업에 필요한 기획 수립 및 수행
- 운영 프로세스 효율성을 증대하고 혁신적인 개선 아이디어를 제안
- 세일즈, 마케팅, 개발, 재무 등 다양한 팀과 협력하여 문제 해결 주도
- 글로벌 소셜디스커버리 마켓 리서치 및 사업기회 발굴
Requirements
- 5년 이상 유관경력을 보유하신 분
- 영어와 한국어 모두 뛰어난 Verbal & Written 커뮤니케이션 스킬이 있는 분
- Data 기반으로 문제를 해결하는 Analytic Mindset을 보유하고 계신 분
- 내/외부의 다양한 이해관계자들과의 협업 역량을 보유하신 분
- 스스로 목표를 설정하고 능동적 · 주도적으로 끝까지 달성해내는 실행력을 가지신 분
- 글로벌 서비스 운영, 론칭 등을 경험해 보신 분
Preferred
- IT 및 플랫폼 비즈니스 분야에서 3년 이상의 사업 기획 및 운영 경험이 있으신 분
- Data 분석 및 SQL 쿼리 능력을 보유하신 분
- 글로벌 사업 환경에서 다양한 이해관계자들과 효과적으로 소통할 수 있는 분
- 최신 데이팅/라이브 스트리밍/엔터테인먼트 시장과 모바일 앱 시장 트렌드에 관심이 높은 분
Hiring Process
