We’re looking for a Senior C++ / Unreal Engine AI Developer to join our experienced team of game developers. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing and implementing advanced AI systems — creating believable, dynamic, and responsive in-game behavior that brings our worlds to life.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, gameplay programmers, and animators to craft engaging player experiences that feel alive and intelligent.

Superpowers you have:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a C++ Unreal Engine Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine AI frameworks (Behavior Tree, EQS, NavMesh, etc.).
• Proven experience implementing complex NPC behaviors and combat logic.
• Solid understanding of gameplay systems, performance optimization, and debugging.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

• Experience with multiplayer AI synchronization.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques applied to gameplay.
• Familiarity with animation blending and procedural motion.

• Design and implement AI systems for NPCs and enemies using C++ and Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints.
• Develop behavior trees, blackboards, and sensing systems (perception, decision-making, navigation).
• Collaborate with designers to translate gameplay ideas into dynamic AI interactions.
• Optimize AI performance to ensure smooth gameplay and scalability.
• Support debugging and tuning of AI behavior during production.
• Mentor junior programmers and contribute to best practices for AI architecture.
