The Senior Campaign Manager, reporting to the Supervisor, is a seasoned expert responsible for the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns. This role involves mentoring junior team members, ensuring campaigns meet high standards and client objectives, and leveraging deep expertise and strategic insights to be a trusted resource for both the team and clients. This position focuses on paid social media, not content creation or organic social.
Must have:
  • Primary owner of setup and launch of campaigns across various platforms, ensuring flawless execution
  • Ensures all campaigns are meeting or exceeding performance goals, adhering to best practices, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Responsible for accurate budgeting, forecasting, billing and invoicing to ensure proper investment of media dollars
  • Leads the Analysis of campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that inform optimization strategies and future planning
  • Maintains clear, consistent, and proactive communication of campaign performance, strategy updates, and project timelines
  • Leads by example, providing guidance and support to Associate Campaign Managers and Campaign Managers
  • Oversees QA and day-to-day management processes for campaigns, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions to improve workflow

Overview

The Senior Campaign Manager, reporting to the Supervisor, is a seasoned expert at leading the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns. They mentor junior team members and ensure campaigns meet the highest standards and client objectives. Responsibilities

  • Primary owner of setup and launch of campaigns across various platforms, ensuring flawless execution
  • Ensures all campaigns are meeting or exceeding performance goals, adhering to best practices, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Responsible for accurate budgeting, forecasting, billing and invoicing to ensure proper investment of media dollars
  • Leads the Analysis of campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that inform optimization strategies and future planning
  • Maintains clear, consistent, and proactive communication of campaign performance, strategy updates, and project timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent field of study.
  • 2-3 years of direct PAID social media experience required; experience working in both media planning and buying positions at an advertising or media agency preferred. Must have experience activating on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit.
  • General understanding of different funnel tactics and what platform objectives/KPIs are leveraged to make an impact on client business (CPM, VCR, CTR, CPA, etc).
  • High competency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates problem solving, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to move at an agile pace
  • Experience in working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with being flexible in an ever-changing environment
  • Energetic, driven to succeed, team player

  • Ability to communicate and interact professionally
  • Detail orientated, organized, multi-tasker who can work in a fast-paced advertising environment
  • Demonstrate proactive ability to help other group members outside of immediate team
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Experience with Prisma and MediaOcean preferred

Compensation Range: $ 59,850 - $79,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
