Overview
This position is available in Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru.
We are looking for an intermediate Excel knowledge, attention-to-detail-oriented person.
Performs scheduling for National and local TV, Radio, Online Video, and Print programs/platforms for actual on-air operations. Prepares daily program log for scheduled programs and assigns promotional material to appropriate time slots using a computerized scheduling system.

Responsibilities
- Working with a specific media type and ensures that the correct materials are sent to vendors
- Confirm brand allocations are correct
- Provide vendor ship list
- Load traffic schedule and issue traffic instructions
- Review delivery confirmation report to ensure all traffic instructions delivered
- Deliver billboard instructions and assets to stations
- Reconcile traffic discrepancies for invoice reconciliation and talent purposes
- Provide talent report via email or through Clarus
- Participates in agency training programs
Qualifications
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 months - 1 year in roles related.
- English level B2+ or above.
- Focus on quality.
- Must be a be a self-starter with the ability to learn on the job.
- High attention to detail, process driven and logical
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking when problem-solving,
- Strong communication, editing and writing skills.
- Proficient analytical and Excel skills MSOffice, with an aptitude to get up to speed on new technologies swiftly.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace, collaborative and team-oriented environment, including: Ability to work with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base
- Managing tasks and time commitments to meet project deadlines and keeping up with changing priorities and adhering to standardized processes and procedures.
