Technicon Design seeks a Senior CMF Designer for a 6-month contract (inside IR35) to develop innovative color, material, and finish designs for automotive interiors and exteriors. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, researching trends, creating mood boards, working with suppliers, and supporting prototype development. Must Have:
- 5-7 years of automotive CMF design experience
- Expertise in color, material, and finish design

Technicon Design is looking for an experienced Senior CMF Designer to start a 6 month rolling contract roll, inside IR35. With 5-7 years minimum experience in automotive CMF Design.
What You Will Do as Senior CMF Designer;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge colour, material, and finish designs for automotive interiors and exteriors
- Research and analyse emerging trends, materials, and technologies to ensure designs are innovative and market-leading
- Create and present mood boards, material swatches, and design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Work closely with suppliers to source and develop materials that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
- Support the development of prototypes and production-ready designs, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process
- Maintain a strong focus on sustainability, ensuring all designs align with the company's commitment to environmentally responsible practices
