Senior Compliance and Sustainability Analyst

Who We're Looking For

This position is a hybrid role, integrating both sustainability and audit responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to balance the collection and analysis of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data and the preparation of sustainability reports with the performance of business process audits and compliance reviews. This dual focus requires the ability to navigate and prioritize tasks across both disciplines, ensuring that the company’s sustainability initiatives and internal controls are effectively managed and continuously improved.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Sustainability Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for collecting and validating data for the company’s annual ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) report, coordinating and submitting sustainability assessments to CDP and EcoVadis, and serving as the primary contact for sustainability-related requests as well as assisting the audit team in performing business process audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and organize data from various departments to support the preparation and publication of the annual ESG report.
• Prepare materiality assessments.
• Prepare the annual ESG report.
• Coordinate and complete sustainability assessments, including submission of required documentation and responses to CDP and EcoVadis platforms.
• Monitor and track regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to ESG and sustainability.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for all sustainability and ESG-related inquiries from stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of sustainability policies and training programs.
• Conduct business process internal audits as assigned to ensure compliance with internal controls and company standards.
• Prepare audit findings, draft reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Additional duties as assigned. 

Experience, Education, and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Compliance, or a related field. 
• 6+ years of experience in compliance, sustainability assessments, or audit functions. 

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, GRI, SASB) and regulations (e.g., CSRD). 
• Strong project management skills. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
