As a Senior Content Producer (Non-Video) at Riot Games, you'll be responsible for translating strategic goals into engaging campaigns for Wild Rift. Collaborating with internal and external teams across various disciplines, you will manage the entire creative production process, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing content strategies, coordinating with creators, monitoring content performance, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and managing the Central Airtable Publishing System (CAPS). The role demands expertise in project and production management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.

As Senior Content Producer, Wild Rift you will report to the Art Direction Manager. Your role will involve translating our strategic goals into creative campaigns that surprise and delight our players. Partnering internally and externally across various disciplines including production, art, video, writing, creative direction, brand, communications, and operations, you will ensure a smooth creative production process. Your awareness and transparent communication will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our campaign requirements, allowing you to advocate for their needs and ensure they are fulfilled.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Expertise in project and production management, with proven experience in content management and strategy, encompassing all facets of campaign, video, and art production.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to evaluate and ensure high standards in creative output.
  • Proficiency in managing a high volume of creative and art marketing assets, adept at maintaining consistency and quality across multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of the visual design production process, providing day-to-day feedback and ensuring accuracy in deliveries.
  • Strong communication skills, effectively managing internal and external teams and vendors.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.) for delivery validation.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Favro, Smartsheets) and digital asset management systems (e.g., Iconik, Brandfolder).
  • Level-headed approach to change management, conflict resolution, and maintaining patience through the fluctuating creative development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with team goals.
  • Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publication schedules.
  • Conduct content audits to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage the Central Airtable Publishing System (CAPS), comprising a database and interfaces, to streamline content approval and publishing processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Highly proficient communication skills and capacity.
  • 5 years in comprehensive knowledge of campaign, production, and/or project management, with a proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns and managing art assets.
  • Strong proficiency in managing creative and art marketing assets, leadership in creative project delivery.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in PC, console, and/or mobile games marketing.
  • Specific experience in UA/ASO project management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for delivery validation.
  • Expertise in project management tools and digital asset management systems.
