The Opportunity:

Are you a strategic visionary with a passion for creative direction? Do you have extensive experience in brand development, client-facing presentations, and guiding a creative team? We are seeking a Senior Creative Director, Liquid Media to shape and influence Liquid Media's creative vision across all branding, business development efforts, and client accounts. Our specialties include social media management, strategy and planning, content production, and influencer marketing. This is a strategic role where you will be accountable for overseeing our visual identity, creative storytelling, and the execution of high-impact design and branding initiatives.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing creative strategies for new business opportunities, crafting pitch presentations, and ensuring creative excellence for Liquid Media's current client base. Additionally, you will mentor a talented creative team, promoting a culture of innovation and ensuring alignment between business goals and creative execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Guide the creative direction and evolution of Liquid Media's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Spearhead potential rebranding efforts and maintain alignment with industry trends.
• Develop compelling creative strategies for new business opportunities, including crafting RFP replies and high-quality pitch materials.
• Represent Liquid Media in client-facing meetings, articulating creative concepts effectively to win business.
• Oversee creative deliverables for existing clients, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and client needs.
• Work with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Liquid Media's creative team, fostering an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Establish and reinforce creative workflows and best practices.
• Ensure that creative initiatives stay within budget while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Partner with operations and production teams to allocate resources efficiently.
• Work closely with business development, strategy, and account management teams to ensure creative efforts align with broader company goals and client needs.

What You'll Need: 

• 10+ years of experience working as a creative professional at an agency, with a strong ability to balance artistic vision with business needs.
• Proven track record of experience in an agency environment, including presenting and pitching creative concepts to clients.
• Experience mentoring creative teams, promoting professional growth, and fostering an environment that encourages creativity.
• Exceptional ability to think outside the box, generate innovative, creative solutions, and maintain high standards across all work.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate and sell creative ideas.
• Fluent in English

You’ll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:
