Senior Cyber Capabilities Developer

Noetic is seeking a Senior Cyber Capabilities Developer to join their security team in Huntsville, AL. This role involves protecting digital assets by detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats. The ideal candidate will have foundational security principles knowledge, a strong interest in security operations, and hands-on experience with Splunk and Sentinel. Responsibilities include analyzing cyber threat data, performing forensic and malware analysis, reverse engineering, and developing for multiple environments.

Must Have

• Minimum of 8+ years of Splunk/Cyber Threat experience
• Bachelor’s in a computer science related field
• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Professional experience related to cyber intrusions and technical data analysis within cyber threat environments
• Applied knowledge related to forensic, network and malware analysis
• Experience working in team environments for software development
• Ability to analyze cyber threat data including malicious software reverse engineering, network traffic analysis, memory forensics, disk forensics
• Ability to perform static and dynamic analysis of known malicious and unknown binary files
• Ability to reverse engineer compiled software, functional analysis of source code/scripts, and/or hardware/firmware analysis
• Experience managing and developing for multiple environments
