Job Summary
Wildlife is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for its Marketing Tech & New Games team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves leveraging data from millions of users and thousands of campaigns to optimize user acquisition. The Data Scientist will solve complex problems, evolve marketing frameworks and models, and contribute end-to-end to data products, working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
Must Have
- Design and develop data-intensive applications in the cloud (Spark, SQL, Python, Airflow).
- Apply appropriate statistical or machine learning techniques.
- Possess excellent high-level communication skills.
- Be proficient in written English.
- Make sense of large and complex data sets for Marketing organization.
- Continuously improve performance measurement framework, including LTV estimation.
- Create and improve tools to optimize acquisition campaigns.
- Support Marketing decision-making through high-quality data products and dashboards.
- Build capabilities to run experiments for improving creative assets and Marketing operations.

What you'll need
- Experience working on designing and developing data-intensive applications in the cloud with technologies such as Spark, SQL, Python, Airflow, etc
- Experience applying appropriate statistical or machine learning techniques in different situations

Main Challenges
The team is responsible for designing, building, and evolving data-intensive applications. As a Data Scientist, you will help us to:
- Make sense of large and complex data sets describing the behaviour of millions of players to support the Marketing organization;
- Continuously improve our performance measurement framework, which includes estimating the lifetime value of our users to understand the long-term return on our Marketing investments;
- Create and improve the tools to optimize our acquisition campaigns;
- Support the decision-making of our Marketing operations through high-quality data products and well-structured dashboards;
- Build the capabilities to run experiments to continuously improve the performance of our creative assets and our Marketing operations.
