Job Description

Zenoti is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Analyst specializing in Account-Based Marketing to lead a team of 2-3 marketers. This role involves understanding business decision-makers' needs, identifying potential customers, creating databases, and developing compelling email campaigns to generate pipeline. The analyst will be a product expert, liaise with SDRs globally, and be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. The position requires 4+ years of experience in email marketing, ABM, market research, data mining, and proficiency in MS Excel, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Must Have:
  • Lead a team of 2-3 Account-Based Marketeers to generate pipeline through 1-to-few and 1-to-many plays.
  • Understand needs and process pains of Business Decision Makers to identify opportunities for Zenoti's software.
  • Identify potential customers and create databases using tools like Hunter, Rocketreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Create compelling email campaigns and liaise with SDRs globally to convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Act as the primary expert on Zenoti's product offerings to answer initial customer questions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation and activity-based metrics.
  • Prior work experience of 4+ years in Email Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Market Research, Data Mining, and MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including attentive listening and superior writing.
  • General knowledge of the IT Software industry and SaaS Industry.
  • Knowledge of Sales Processes and adherence to established processes and software like Outreach, Salesforce, Jira.
  • Prior experience leading a small-midsized team to meet targets is mandatory.

What will I be doing?

  • Leading a team of 2-3 Account-Based Marketeers to run 1 to few & 1 to many plays to generate pipeline
  • Understanding the needs and process pains of relevant Business Decision Makers to identify opportunities where Zenoti's software solution can add long-term value.
  • Identifying potential customers & creating a database with tools like Hunter, Rocketreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Creating compelling email campaigns & liaising with SDRs from across the globe to convert a database of prospects into opportunities.
  • Being the primary expert of Zenoti's product offerings to help answer any initial questions a potential customer may have.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, pipeline generation and activity-based targets.

What skills do I need?

  • Prior work experience of 4+ years in Email Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Market Research, Data Mining, and MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with attentive listening, and superior writing.
  • Desire to work in a competitive environment where one’s growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude.
  • General knowledge of the IT Software industry and SaaS Industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.

  • Prior experience of leading a small-midsized team to meet targets is mandatory
