As a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Trellix, you will be a pivotal member of the customer marketing team, focusing on creating intentional engagement with high-value enterprise customers. You will manage personalized multi-channel campaigns, align with sales on account-specific engagement, continuously optimize campaign performance, and establish robust experimentation for personalization at scale, delivering actionable insights based on account behavior and digital engagement.

Must Have

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in ABM program strategy
  • Experience with land and expand motions within enterprise accounts
  • Expert in stakeholder management across teams
  • Ability to partner with sales to devise and implement ABM strategies
  • Customer-centric mindset with expertise in understanding the enterprise buyer journey
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo
  • Proficiency with analytics/BI tools like Looker

Role Overview:

As a member of the customer marketing team you will play a pivotal role in creating intentional engagement with our highest-value enterprise customers by developing and executing targeted account-based marketing strategies. Through a strong partnership with sales and field marketing teams, you will positively impact pipeline and revenue growth.

About the role:

  • Create and manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns (e.g., content, digital ads, direct mail, events) that engage our largest and most strategic customer accounts at different stages in their buyer’s journey.
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales to align on account-specific engagement strategies that deepen relationships with decision-makers in key accounts.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance based on nuances of large accounts, performance data analysis, feedback from sales and cross-functional partners, and an understanding of our business.
  • Establish robust experimentation with emphasis on building personalization programs at scale and own the experimentation feedback loop by analyzing results and sharing learnings.
  • Deliver actionable insights to Sales and cross-functional teams based on account behavior, digital engagement, and analytics.

About you:

  • You have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated success in ABM program strategy and land and expand motions within enterprise accounts.
  • You are an expert in stakeholder management across teams and can successfully partner with sales to devise and implement ABM strategies that deliver measurable, business-driven results.
  • You have a customer-centric mindset with expertise in understanding the enterprise buyer journey and a passion for creating engaging campaigns that meet customers where they are.
  • You are proficient with Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, and analytics/BI tools like Looker.
  • Additional language proficiency of Japanese is desired but not mandatory.
