The Role and What You’ll Do:

As an existing Senior Designer or experienced Midweight Designer ready to step up, you are adept at translating conceptual vision into impactful design across experiential, integrated campaigns, social, OOH, entertainment, and digital media.

You strive to deliver award-winning design solutions and pride yourself on being a consummate collaborator and team leader who’s committed to delivering brand-accurate, pixel-perfect work in a global, fast-paced integrated marketing agency.

This position requires someone who is not only passionate about every aspect of design, but who also stays up to date on the latest design trends, technology and programs. You obsess over design fundamentals and are constantly challenging yourself and the team to push the boundaries of design.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in diverse team settings and is experienced in communicating effectively with art directors, project managers, producers, account leads, event production and international colleagues. You lead by example with impeccable craft, unwavering time management and unmatched attention to detail. You are cool under pressure and take pride in directing and coaching young designers to deliver top notch design with tight turns. Last, but certainly not least, we are looking for someone who champions our commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work culture.

Someone who plays a hands-on role in the delivery of outstanding design, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment with strategists, PR/Comms, Partnerships and Experiential teams, to ensure creative work is on-brand, works hard and stands out amongst the rest.

  • Design from brief to execution with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
  • Proactively research and develop innovative ideas for client brands, rooted in cultural insight (predominantly sports, but also fashion, gaming, film and tv etc.).
  • Successfully advocate your design ideas by confidently presenting to leadership, stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage teams of both in-house Designers (across 2D/3D/Digital) and freelancers, ensuring smart, impactful and effective design work is produced within the timelines, budgets and briefs provided.
  • Review design briefs with creative leads and add value to ensure the team has the appropriate information and direction.
  • Ensure standards for creative deliverables are maintained through to completion (concepts, layouts, final mechanicals, etc.).
  • To respond quickly to business and client needs (e.g. short timescale projects, last-minute requests and last-minute changes).
  • Contribute to the development of standards and procedures alongside creative leadership.
  • Ensure that all project files are maintained in compliance with server rules and regulations.

You Have These:

  • 5–7 years of experience within an ad agency, marketing, design or similar setting.
  • Design-related degree, or equivalent design ability gained at a leading agency as evidenced through a detailed portfolio.
  • A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave, new design.
  • The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better.
  • Design portfolio of projects that showcases brilliant thinking and high-quality design skills.
  • Cross-functional design experience necessary (integrated campaign work, experiential, social, content, entertainment, events, logos, illustration, OOH signage, event graphics).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal), creative problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Compassion, empathy and investment in your team, the organization and the work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with strong knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint, Keynote and Word.

We’d Love If You Also Have These:

  • Ability to craft design ideas and visuals that effectively convey brand messages.
  • Ability to work at both a leading and tactical level – serving as both a solo contributor and leading external design production staff as required.
  • Strong time management, multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • A team-first mindset – open to feedback, collaborative and committed to collective success.
