Responsibilities
- Lead the design execution of multichannel campaigns for pharmaceutical clients across Europe, including digital assets, medical event materials, merchandising, printed deliverables, and high-impact PowerPoint presentations.
- Translate complex briefs into compelling visual concepts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and support to maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, copywriters, and medical teams to ensure consistency and clarity across all deliverables.
- Oversee the preparation and finalization of visual materials for product launches, congresses, internal communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all assets meet client expectations in terms of design, accuracy, and compliance, especially in regulated environments.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and presentation work (especially PowerPoint) for corporate or medical audiences.
- Experience managing design teams and workflows in high-pressure environments.
- Deep understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide junior designers and liaise with clients confidently.
