Job Description

Hogarth is seeking a Project Manager for Advertising to lead multichannel campaigns for pharmaceutical brands across European markets. This role involves managing complex briefings, prioritizing daily requests for creative and production teams, and acting as the main point of contact for regional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in advertising project management, particularly in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English. The position offers a creative, collaborative environment with flexible working hours and professional training.

Must Have:
  • Lead the execution of multichannel campaigns for pharmaceutical brands across European markets, including digital assets, medical events, corporate presentations, activations, merchandising, and printed materials.
  • Receive complex briefings from marketing and medical affairs teams, break them down into actionable tasks, and ensure alignment with brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prioritize and distribute up to 15–20 daily requests across creative and production teams, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for regional stakeholders, understanding strategic goals, launch timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Oversee the upload and management of advertising assets on internal and external platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Manage short- and medium-term delivery campaigns, with occasional involvement in long-term projects such as product launches and congress support.
  • +3 years of experience in project management within advertising, ideally in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related environments.
  • Familiarity with digital formats, medical events, promotional materials, PowerPoint presentations, and print deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage high workloads efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, professional client interaction, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural, and highly regulated environments.
