Who we Are:
Information Security organization enables Intel to provide secure products, solutions, and services which meet U.S. regulatory requirements. The Information Security organization supports the unique IT information Security and Compliance requirements for Intel federal projects that deliver products and/or services to the US Government (USG). As part of this team, you will help us grow our secure solution suite to meet U.S. Government requirements. We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to support our federal program by driving execution across our network and security infrastructure teams. This role requires a strong engineering background and the ability to manage complex, multi-team requests, often negotiating scope and delivery timelines to align with program priorities. The ideal candidate will translate technical engineering tasks into program-level milestones, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:

Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Leverages engineering technical background and strong knowledge of engineering domains, project/program management techniques and data driven analytical methodologies to collaborate with project/program teams.
- Works directly with project/program managers to help implement project/program objectives, support variable technical and process aspects of projects, and provide direct assistance to ensure timely execution.
- Conducts quantitative and qualitative analytical research to support project/program objectives, including but not limited to assessing resource utilization, maintaining project management systems, tracking project progress and efficiency, identifying performance gaps, assessing project/program risks and ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines.
- Reports data led insights to key stakeholders, facilitating optimal decision making.
- Engages directly with key BU/domain stakeholders on matters of significance to meeting program/project objectives.
- Assists engineering project/program managers to develop and maintain project/program management infrastructure in areas such as issue tracking, reporting, dashboard monitoring, deck building/storyboarding, project plan builds, monitoring and analysis, etc.
- Provides project/program plan trend analysis and control including analysis, research, development, and maintenance of the project/program data.
- Maintains awareness of emerging engineering trends and project management techniques.
- Provides recommendations for improvement of project management processes currently in use.
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of applicable experience OR High School /Equivalent Diploma and 6+ years of applicable experience.
- 2+ years data reporting experience.
- 2+ years of Project Management experience.
- 2+ years of experience coordinating with challenging internal stakeholders such as semiconductor tool owners, assembly/test teams, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active US Government TS Security Clearance.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with secure enclave operations and government run programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field and 3+ years of applicable experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure or cybersecurity projects in secure or classified environments.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, firewall configuration, and secure enclave design in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP).
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ITIL are strongly preferred, especially those applicable to secure infrastructure, Agile delivery, and federal program environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-team technical projects with shifting priorities and aggressive timelines.
