Saxo Bank is seeking a Senior Developer for its Workplace Engineering team, specializing in Microsoft 365. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and related services. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in the M365 ecosystem, including experience supporting Copilot for M365 integration, and will contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment.
Must have:
  • Develop, maintain, and support custom solutions on SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Implement AI-powered features and Copilot integrations in SharePoint and M365 environments.
  • Gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver results aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection policies.
  • Manage version upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and handle M365 application support.
  • Lead migration, integration and ongoing maintenance of applications.
  • Address ServiceNow incidents related to SharePoint and M365 apps.
  • Contribute to DevOps pipelines with Azure DevOps and support CI/CD practices.
  • Assist lifecycle management for SharePoint sites, groups, and apps.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Role Overview

The organization is seeking a Senior Developer for the Workplace Engineering team with a specialization in Microsoft 365. The position involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and related services. Proficiency in SharePoint and the M365 ecosystem is required, as well as experience supporting Copilot for M365 integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support custom solutions on SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Microsoft Teams.
  • Implement AI-powered features and Copilot integrations in SharePoint and M365 environments.
  • Gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver results aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection policies.
  • Manage version upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and handle M365 application support.
  • Lead migration, integration and ongoing maintenance of applications.
  • Address ServiceNow incidents related to SharePoint and M365 apps.
  • Contribute to DevOps pipelines with Azure DevOps and support CI/CD practices.
  • Assist lifecycle management for SharePoint sites, groups, and apps.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in SharePoint development (Online and On-Premise).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in:
  • SPFx, PowerShell, .NET (C#)
  • JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React
  • jQuery, jQuery UI
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SharePoint Online App Model
  • Power Platform (including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio)
  • Azure services, Azure DevOps pipelines, Active Directory, and the Microsoft Graph API
  • SQL Server and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex SharePoint issues, with effective communication and documentation abilities.
  • Capable of working both independently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience managing production environments and overseeing software deployments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint App Model and Object Model, including lifecycle management of SharePoint sites, groups, and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or M365 development.
  • Experience with SharePoint Advanced Management, Copilot analytics, and AI-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance frameworks, and security modeling in M365.
