Trend Micro Cloud One™ – Workload Security is a software service (SaaS) hosted by Trend Micro in the cloud that provides comprehensive security in a single solution that is purpose-built for server, cloud, and container environments. Workload Security allows for consistent security, regardless of the workload and optimized for leading environments, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google Cloud Platform and VMware. It’s layered solutions enable organizations to automate the protection of valuable information from today’s threats.

What you’ll be doing

• Build, enhance, monitor test infrastructure and related services for usability, availability, performance and security

• Design, manage and support cloud platforms and virtualization

• Implement and enhance test automation framework and processes

• Implement, enhance and maintain CI/CD processes

• Work with a DevOps mindset from investigating issues to response in a timely manner

What you should have / Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, tools and services (e.g. Jenkins, Docker)

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux platforms

• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware) or cloud technology (AWS/Azure/etc.)

• Familiarity with database setup and management

• Experience with Java and/or Python

• Good teamwork and collaboration skills

• Patient and responsible in daily operation work

Things we’d love to see / Bonus points

• Experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform

• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and pipeline analysis tools (Grafana, Logstash, etc.)

• Experience in network configuration

• Good problem-solving skills and a user-oriented approach to deal with user issues/concerns
