Senior DevOps Engineer

Trend Micro is seeking a DevOps Engineer passionate about improving product quality and creating helpful tools. The role involves building, enhancing, and monitoring test infrastructure and related services for usability, availability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include designing, managing, and supporting cloud platforms and virtualization, implementing and enhancing test automation frameworks and processes, and maintaining CI/CD processes. The engineer will work with a DevOps mindset, investigating issues and responding promptly.

Must Have

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, tools, and services (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux platforms
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware) or cloud technology (AWS/Azure/etc.)
• Familiarity with database setup and management
• Experience with Java and/or Python
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Patient and responsible in daily operation work

Good to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and pipeline analysis tools (Grafana, Logstash, etc.)
• Experience in network configuration
• Good problem-solving skills and a user-oriented approach

What you’ll be doing

• Build, enhance, monitor test infrastructure and related services for usability, availability, performance and security

• Design, manage and support cloud platforms and virtualization

• Implement and enhance test automation framework and processes

• Implement, enhance and maintain CI/CD processes

• Work with a DevOps mindset from investigating issues to response in a timely manner

What you should have / Qualifications
