This senior leadership role oversees Lionbridge Games’ global localization business, including localization, original VO, audio, and multimedia production. You will manage regional and global PM, Audio, Engineering, and Linguistic teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Key responsibilities include supporting Sales to meet revenue targets, owning customer satisfaction metrics, and managing the Content P&L. You'll collaborate across teams to optimize outsourcing, improve margins, streamline processes (including AI integration), and enhance quality while driving profitability.
Must have:
  • Lead regional content delivery teams and collaborate with support functions to deliver end-to-end localization and VO for an expanding range of platforms.
  • Support Sales in meeting revenue targets for all Lines of Service.
  • Manage the content P&L to hit customer-margin goals.
  • Monitor CSAT and address issues proactively.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers.
  • Act as an escalation point for internal and client issues.
  • Report monthly on KPIs, actions, challenges, and successes to senior leadership.
  • Oversee content forecasts and participate in budget planning.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and processes for localization and audio.
  • Lead globalization efforts with internal teams and clients.
  • Motivate teams to deliver strong program results.
  • Ensure teams build strong client relationships and understand business needs.
  • Support localization planning and cost assessment as needed.
  • Enforce best practices for quality and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure teams track and report key performance and financial metrics.
  • Standardize delivery procedures across regions.
  • Drive strategic planning, SLA compliance, and innovation.
  • Ensure effective client communication and program updates.
  • Oversee high-quality language delivery across projects.
  • Maintain timeline and quality adherence.
  • Support language resourcing and quality assessments.
  • Partner with community management to ensure supplier coverage.
  • Coordinate with tech teams to maintain and adapt systems as needed.
Good to have:
  • University degree in language, game development, or program management
  • Deep knowledge of the global video game industry (operations, tech, business models), with a passion for games/entertainment
  • Proven experience leading teams in the video game sector
  • Exposure to audio engineering, BI analytics, and game functional/localization testing
  • Skilled in building ROI and cost justifications for executive presentations
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, profitability reporting

Job Details

This senior leadership role oversees Lionbridge Games’ global localization business, including localization, original VO, audio, and multimedia production. You will manage regional and global PM, Audio, Engineering, and Linguistic teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Key responsibilities include supporting Sales to meet revenue targets, owning customer satisfaction metrics, and managing the Content P&L. You'll collaborate across teams to optimize outsourcing, improve margins, streamline processes (including AI integration), and enhance quality while driving profitability.

This is a job that requires you to be a manager of managers. You need to possess effective senior-management skills, a positive team-oriented approach, and strong leadership and organizational skills. Travel, including international travel, will be required when possible

This role is fully remote and supports teams across North America and Europe. Candidates must be based in the US, Canada, or Europe and have experience managing operations across these regions.

What You Will Do:

  • Demonstrated leadership enabling teams to provide world-class content delivery for games
  • Ability to lead and decide autonomously while demonstrating the necessary team playing mentality combined with a passion for, and experience with, games across a myriad of platforms as well as the gaming industry
  • Strong knowledge of globalization and localizability requirements as well as the localization process, tools and issues on text/audio/video localization
  • A deep and practiced knowledge of strong management practices, program management, localization, and audio processes in the game development lifecycle
  • A passion for customers and long-term partnership
  • Proven reporting, financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
