Zinnia is a leading technology platform for accelerating life and annuities growth, simplifying insurance product processes. The Senior Director of Sales is a key member of the sales team, working with the Head of Enterprise Sales to advance sales organization and processes. The role involves targeting, building relationships, and closing new deals with insurance partners. This position requires building and maintaining relationships with senior executives in the life insurance industry, owning a sales territory, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth. The role also involves travel up to 50% of the time.
Must have:
  • 10+ years SaaS technology sales experience

WHO YOU ARE:
The Senior Director of Sales is a key member of our sales team at Zinnia you will work closely with our Head of Enterprise sales to advance our sales organization and sales processes. We are relentless in our drive to reliably deliver outstanding revenue growth. We are growing fast, but we can go further faster with experienced, collaborative, challenge-seeking sales leaders like yourself.

Our sales team serves Zinnia’s businesses by targeting, building relationships and ultimately closing new deals with insurance partners. We partner with a variety of stakeholders both internally, across the company, and externally, with our insurance partners, to identify solutions that will solve the needs for consumers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives in the life insurance industry, such as CEO’s, Chief Distribution Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Information Officers, and Chief Financial Officers
  • Own your sales territory, identify prospects and convert those targets to new clients in order to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Work in concert with sales operations, solution consulting, marketing, and other stakeholders across the company to drive and advance the generation of revenue to exceed Company targets
  • Be willing to travel 50% of the time to meet with prospects, clients, and attend industry events

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • You have 10+ years of Software as a Service (Saas) technology sales experience
  • You have 10+ years in the FinTech or Insurance industries
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with both small and large organizations
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, persistent and passionate
  • You are comfortable with CRM tracking systems, Hubspot being a plus

Le ou la Directeur(trice) Principal(e) des Ventes est un membre clé de l’équipe commerciale de Zinnia. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre Responsable des Ventes Entreprises pour faire progresser notre organisation commerciale et nos processus de vente. Nous sommes déterminés à générer une croissance exceptionnelle de nos revenus de manière fiable. Notre croissance est rapide, mais elle pourrait l’être encore davantage avec des leaders commerciaux expérimentés, collaboratifs et motivés comme vous.

Notre équipe commerciale soutient les activités de Zinnia en ciblant, en établissant des relations et en concluant de nouveaux partenariats avec des acteurs du secteur de l’assurance. Nous collaborons avec de nombreuses parties prenantes internes et externes afin d’identifier des solutions répondant aux besoins des consommateurs.

 

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :

  • Établir et entretenir des relations avec des cadres dirigeants du secteur de l’assurance vie, tels que les PDG, Directeurs de la Distribution, Directeurs de la Stratégie, Directeurs des Systèmes d’Information et Directeurs Financiers.
  • Être responsable de votre territoire commercial : identifier des prospects et les convertir en nouveaux clients afin de maintenir un pipeline sain.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des opérations commerciales, du conseil en solutions, du marketing et d’autres parties prenantes de l’entreprise pour générer des revenus et dépasser les objectifs de l’entreprise.Être disposé(e) à voyager jusqu’à 50 % du temps pour rencontrer des prospects, des clients et participer à des événements du secteur.

 

 

CE DONT VOUS AUREZ BESOIN :

  • Vous avez plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans la vente de technologies en mode SaaS (Software as a Service).
  • Vous avez plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans les secteurs de la FinTech ou de l’assurance.
  • Vous avez fait vos preuves en dépassant régulièrement vos objectifs de vente.
  • Vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial et un profil de chasseur.
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans la gestion de cycles de vente complexes, aussi bien avec de petites qu’avec de grandes entreprises.
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en présentation.
  • Vous êtes positif(ve), autonome, persévérant(e) et passionné(e).
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM), HubSpot étant un atout.
