What you will do:

  • Lead the strategic positioning of applike group as an employer of choice: crafting a compelling narrative that resonates with both current and future talent across all key channels, driving growth and cultural alignment
  • Create and own compelling, audience-specific employer brand messaging that not only showcases our unique work culture and values but also highlights the innovation and products of applike group and its portfolio companies
  • Drive and evolve our employer brand across digital channels by managing our social media platforms and website - ensuring a consistent, authentic brand voice that connects with top talent and strengthens brand visibility
  • Partner with Recruiting and cross-functional teams to create standout employer branding initiatives that attract high-potential candidates through social media, industry events, thought leadership, and community engagement
  • Develop and scale a strong employer brand grounded in a clear EVP, positioning us as a destination for top talent
  • Continuously monitor and analyze employer branding trends, metrics, and candidate insights to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and drive measurable impact
  • Bonus: Take ownership of coordinating press releases and responding to media inquiries, helping shape how we’re perceived in the public eye

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in employer branding, product or growth marketing in a fast-paced tech company
  • Proven track record in building and executing employer brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and talent attraction across multiple channels
  • Expertise in content creation and digital storytelling, with a strong grasp of social media trends, tone-of-voice consistency, and channel-specific engagement tactics
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for design and detail, able to craft content that not only looks great but also builds emotional connection and brand affinity
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with fluency in both German and English, able to tailor messaging for different audiences
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics, with the ability to track performance, draw insights, and continuously optimize branding initiatives
