Job Description

As a Working Student in Customer Support for adjoe's Rewarded Solutions team, you will be responsible for assisting users by answering emails, providing clear instructions to resolve issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the chat-bot and FAQ. You will also prepare weekly reports on user interactions and feedback. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, basic SQL knowledge, and a data-driven approach to enhance user satisfaction within adjoe's innovative mobile ad ecosystem.
Good To Have:
  • Good German skills
  • Familiar with customer support tools and software for managing emails and helping customers
  • Some experience with customer support/service
Must Have:
  • Answer emails from our customer’s user
  • Give simple and clear instructions to help users fix problems
  • Give input to continuously improve our chat-bot and FAQ
  • Prepare weekly reports for your team lead
  • Currently enrolled in studies and will continue studying for at least 1 more year
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good at explaining things clearly, both in writing and when talking to people
  • Good at problem-solving
  • Basic SQL skills
  • Like working with data to understand user feedback and make improvements
  • Very organized way of working
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (at least a strong B2 level, better C1)
  • Willing to learn about adjoe´s playtime platform

Meet Your Team: Rewarded Solutions

Our Rewarded Solutions team develops the technology behind adjoe's innovative rewarded engagement products that serve over 57 million daily mobile users.

The team’s tech stack consists of three major components: native Android and iOS SDKs written in Java/Kotlin and Swift handling complex engagement flows; widely customizable offerwall applications built with React TypeScript; and a highly performant Golang backend hosted on AWS that processes millions of events hourly. Our system matches each game with its ideal users, delivering rewards optimized for satisfaction through data processed via AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, S3, and MySQL.

What You Will Do:

  • You will answer emails from our customer’s user
  • You will give simple and clear instructions to help users fix problems
  • You will give input to continuously improve our chat-bot and FAQ to make it easier for users
  • You will prepare weekly reports for your team lead showing the emails we got, how we helped, and any ways we can do better

Who You Are:

  • You are currently enrolled in your studies and will continue studying for at least 1 more year
  • You have excellent communication skills and are good at explaining things clearly, both in writing and when talking to people
  • You are good at problem-solving and can figure out solutions to users' issues quickly and efficiently
  • You have basic SQL skills
  • You like working with data to understand user feedback and make improvements
  • You have a very organized way of working and can handle multiple tasks and inquiries at the same time
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (at least a strong B2 level, better C1) and good to have German skills
  • Ideally, you are familiar with customer support tools and know how to use software for managing emails and helping customers
  • You are willing to learn about adjoe´s playtime platform and assist our users in the best way possible
  • Plus: You have some experience with customer support/service
