We believe that by creating engaging and efficient employee experiences, we can better support our end customers. We have a new opportunity to continue to grow the Autodesk team in India and are looking for a full time UX Designer to join us.
Our Experience Design (XD) team is responsible for experiences that help our internal employees in Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and more be the best at their jobs. The products we design support our internal employees to give our end customers the best experience possible. This role will have a close focus on the Customer Success domain, who are responsible for support cases submitted by customers across all of our products. This is a complex problem space and we work closely with stakeholders to ensure our experiences are strategically designed to meet employee, business, and customer goals.
We are looking for a strategic, “full-stack”, experience designer with a diverse set of design skills and experience with stakeholder management. They must be very familiar with design thinking methods and how to use these methods to tell a story, not just execute on requirements. They will take an active and inquisitive approach, working with product and engineering teams to deliver on objectives and outcomes, setting a high bar, and enabling exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Develop a clear understanding of our users, the business, and objectives
Support user and market research from planning through analysis of findings
Participate in concepting, ideation, and the planning of digital experiences, striking a balance between established paradigms and innovative approaches
Lead the development of personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Help to plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co-creation workshops
Take an exploratory approach, considering the full range of opportunities across content, interaction, and third-party technologies
Help develop product roadmaps and scope definition balancing feasibility, viability, desirability, and what is possible within time and budget constraints
Minimum Qualifications
Salesforce experience, or experience designing in third-party technologies
Familiarity with Figma and Mural
Experienced storyteller and conceptor with experience working in a diverse environment to develop concepts that deliver our results
Not just UX design skills but the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking
High-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker
Familiarity with planning, executing, and consuming different research methods, including interviewing, contextual inquiry, usability testing, sometimes in partnership with a UX Research partner.
You can visualize and prototype intended solutions at several levels of fidelity, from high-level wireframes or mock-ups to conceptual presentations to technical documents and diagrams
