Senior Financial Controller
Job Description
- Knowledge of SAP CO/FI module
- Improve and monitor internal control processes of the Plant
- Autonomy and full responsibility for costs by type
- Control and monitor Cash Flow Statement
- Participate in creating forecasts and budgets for the Plant
- Analyze deviations of parameters and indicators from the budget
- Analyze and examine project profitability
- Control transactions and transfer prices
- Define, analyze, and monitor operational KPIs
- Prepare current, monthly, and annual reports for the Management center
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling in a manufacturing company
- Higher education (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Controlling preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge of SAP
- Analytical skills, flexibility, and independence in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and Polish

The Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. Additionally, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanów, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.
Currently, for the Lighting Systems Production in Chrzanów, we are recruiting for the position of Senior Financial Controller.
Your scope of responsibilities:
- Improving and monitoring internal control processes of the Plant,
- Autonomy and full responsibility for costs by type,
- Controlling and monitoring Cash Flow Statement,
- Participation in creating forecasts and budgets for the Plant,
- Analyzing deviations of parameters and indicators from the budget,
- Controlling the balance of purchase and sales price indices,
- Analyzing and examining project profitability,
- Analyzing and controlling P0/P-30 project margins,
- Controlling transactions and transfer prices,
- Defining, analyzing, and monitoring operational indicators (KPIs),
- Preparing current, monthly, and annual reports for the Management center.

- Higher education (preferred fields: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Controlling),
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel,
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (knowledge of CO/FI module welcome),
- Analytical skills, flexibility, and independence in action in a dynamically changing environment,
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish.
