Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in transforming our existing Laravel-based website into a cutting-edge Next.js platform, enhancing performance, scalability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Lead by example by proposing innovative solutions, actively participating in team discussions, contributing to decision-making, and driving impactful initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of Senior Engineers, a Product Manager, and an Engineering Manager to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with React and Next.js (a strong must).
- Solid foundation in web technologies, including expert-level HTML and CSS skills.
- A strong accessibility mindset (nice to have).
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for creating modern and responsive designs.
- Experience with AWS and Laravel or other templating engines (nice to have).
- Basic knowledge of backend development is a plus (nice to have).
- Mastery of browser developer tools—debugging and testing are second nature to you.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency, enabling seamless communication in a global team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
