We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Coordinate US fulfillment, logistics planning and solution design. Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions and optimize processes for improved performance of the e-commerce platform for merchants, consumers and creators. Develop fulfillment system features and implement inventory replenishment plans based on volume forecasts, inbound cross-dock, and last-mile allocations. Coordinate with internal and external teams, resources and channels to ensure high-quality, timely launch of designed solutions. Implement end-to-end project delivery, including program strategy, and ensure successful rollout. Create execution plan, define project goals, priorities, and successful metrics, and build a mechanism to educate onboarded logistic providers to ensure repeatable processes. Implement operation plans and procedures to promote a seamless supply chain, logistics, procurement and operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering (any), Operations Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of related work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering (any), Operations Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills: Developing metrics and key performance indicators, including cost and supply chain operational targets, to measure and improve procurement and/or supply chain performance; Designing one of the following: (1) Inventory and demand management, (2) logistics performance management, (3) Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), (4) capacity planning, (5) replenishment planning, (6) warehousing planning, or (7) warehousing and distribution network; Translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Excel; and Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $161762 - $192534 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
