Community Operation Specialist - Lemon8 US

Responsibilities

Team Introduction Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for community building operation of the Lemon8 app.
• Enhance user activity and sense of belonging through content guidance, online campaigns, niche interest group building, so as to create a platform atmosphere with a strong sense of community.
• Gain in-depth insights into the demands and preferences of the target audience.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and influencer strategy.
• Discover and cultivate high-quality creators and active users in the community, establish core user communities, and encourage them to produce more content that meets the community's positioning, forming a good content ecosystem.
• Analyze community operation data, summarize operational experience and problems, regularly output data reports, and optimize operational strategies according to data feedback.
• Work closely with the product team, UG team, and other teams to jointly improve the overall experience of the community.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above.
• At least 1 year of work experience in community operation.
• Familiar with the local social media ecosystem, and have a strong interest in fashion, beauty, food, parenting, and pets.
• Have strong data analysis capabilities, be able to insight into problems in community operations through data and propose solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in social media platforms and community operation
• Excellent activity planning and execution capabilities
• Understanding of Lemon8

Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68640 - $151112 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).​
