About the role:

The Quest:

• Play a senior design role on a team working on a world class PC/console game
• Design game mechanics, meta-game systems, game content, and more
• Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality
• Use audience research, playtests, and metrics to make decisions and refine your team's work
• Champion the discipline of game design by haring knowledge and mentoring
• Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects

The Skills:

• Demonstrated passion for mass-market PC and console games
• 7+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
• Proven experience designing and tuning action and party gameplay
• Experience designing games for PC and console platforms, knowledge of mobile market is a plus
• Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
