Job Description
Senior Game Planning and Operation role focusing on global publishing of 2D games. Responsibilities include game character and gameplay design, user feedback analysis and iteration, market analysis and competitor research, developing product optimization strategies, and collaborating with development teams. Requires 3+ years of game planning experience with a strong understanding of 2D games and culture. Strong communication, execution, and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
1.负责全球化发行二次元游戏的策划及跟进，参与完成游戏角色设计、玩法设计的构思落地，关注用户反馈与迭代； 2.分析市场形势和竞品方案，通过数据分析、用户反馈等手段提炼和洞察用户需求，提供产品体验优化方案； 3.结合游戏整体运营目标，提出切实可行的产品玩法/内容规划策略、改进方案，与开发团队沟通并推动落地、验收。
Requirements:
1.对游戏行业充满热情，具有3年以上游戏策划经验，二次元游戏阅历丰富； 2.对有二次元文化、主流二次元游戏有深刻了解；具备二次元品类产品开发策划经验者优先； 3.有较强的沟通能力，执行力和责任心；具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
