Senior Game Producer (Casual) - Fully Remote

At SOFTGAMES, we’re looking for a Senior Game Producer to drive one of our most promising casual games on Facebook Instant! You’ll be at the heart of the action in a small agile team — shaping the product vision, setting the strategy, and owning the roadmap.

The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about casual games, possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of mobile free-to-play games, and can extract, analyze, and report game data to make informed decisions for live operations. You should not only have the capability, but also the enthusiasm to immerse yourself in the intricacies of game design as well as project and product management.

Your role…

• Own and drive the game’s vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Prioritize features based on business impact

• Lead and mentor a small, agile team

• Use data to improve engagement, retention, and monetization

• Manage LiveOps, events, and in-game economy

• Apply agile and lean development practices

• Collaborate with BI and UA teams

• Stay on top of Facebook Instant’s fast-moving platform

• Proactively identify and solve problems

• Align closely with the Head of Studio

Your profile…

• 3–5 years in Game Production or Product Management (F2P mobile)

• Experience managing live games, ideally in casual or hybrid-casual

• Background in game dev disciplines (design, art, or engineering)

• Strong understanding of monetization and retention mechanics

• Familiar with UA metrics and strategies

• Data-driven, analytical, and organized

• Comfortable working with remote teams

• Excellent communication in English
