Senior Graphic Artist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aristocrat, working for HRG studios in Brookvale. HRG are responsible for some of the most globally successful products in the industry. HRG have a wealth of experience in gaming, we are highly passionate about what we do and are looking for enthusiastic Graphics Artist to join the team. The Senior Graphics Artist will play a crucial role in the design and development of visual assets for our casino games, ensuring they are visually captivating and aligned with our brand standards. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and create high-quality 2D and 3D graphics, animations, and visual assets for slot machine games.
• Collaborate with game development teams to understand project requirements and design game elements that enhance player experiences.
• Maintain and improve existing game graphics, ensuring they meet quality standards and are optimized for performance.
• Create concept art, storyboards, and mockups for game projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques and technologies into game development.
• Work closely with the art director and other team members to maintain consistency in the visual style across all games.
• Participate in feedback and iteration processes to refine graphics and artwork.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 2D and 3D graphics, animations, and design projects.
• Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of color theory and composition.
• Knowledge of industry-standard design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing gaming experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the gaming industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with Unity or other game development platforms.
• Animation and rigging skills.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
