This role involves sourcing top talent in a competitive market, partnering with leadership to align hiring strategies, consistently generating a strong candidate pipeline, and contributing to a high-quality candidate experience. Must Have

  • Source top talent in a highly competitive market
  • Partner with founders and leaders to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies
  • Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with strong emphasis on sourcing
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting GTM roles (sales, ops, marketing, finance, etc.)
  • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
  • Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups

Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced recruiter. In this role, you’ll help us build a world-class team as we scale to some of the world’s largest airports.

You will

  • Source top talent in a highly competitive market.
  • Partner closely with founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
  • Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).

You Have

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent
  • A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting GTM roles (sales, ops, marketing, finance, etc.)
  • Bonus: Experience hiring for technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
  • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
  • Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups

Compensation Range: CA$110K - CA$150K
