AeroVect is seeking a driven and experienced Senior GTM Recruiter to build a world-class team as the company scales to major airports globally. This role involves sourcing top talent in a competitive market, partnering with leadership to align hiring strategies, consistently generating a strong candidate pipeline, and contributing to a high-quality candidate experience. AeroVect is a Series A company transforming ground handling with autonomy, backed by top-tier investors.
Must Have
- Source top talent in a highly competitive market
- Partner with founders and leaders to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies
- Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
- Use innovative sourcing techniques
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with strong emphasis on sourcing
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting GTM roles (sales, ops, marketing, finance, etc.)
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
- Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups
Good to Have
- Experience hiring for technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)

We are looking for a driven and experienced recruiter. In this role, you’ll help us build a world-class team as we scale to some of the world’s largest airports.
You will
- Source top talent in a highly competitive market.
- Partner closely with founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
- Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).
You Have
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent
- A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting GTM roles (sales, ops, marketing, finance, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience hiring for technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
- Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups
Compensation Range: CA$110K - CA$150K
