As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for all HR compliance and office functions. This includes managing performance management tools, proposing local HR policies, ensuring compliance with Japanese labor laws, and handling employee data with confidentiality. You will support onboarding and benefits administration, conduct exit interviews, and manage employee leave. You'll also collaborate with the Chief Talent Officer on job roles, compensation, and career paths, while reviewing total rewards and benefits to ensure market competitiveness. Additionally, you'll coordinate the relocation and movement of local talent.
