As a Senior Line Designer, you will be a strategic pillar in the development of the games we support :
Your main responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Line Design Manager, your key tasks will include:
Proposing concrete and creative solutions to content-related challenges while considering production constraints.
Collaborating closely with Line Producers and UX Researchers to identify improvement areas and provide strategic recommendations.
Conducting detailed analyses of Game Design, Level Design, accessibility, usability, and visuals.
Keeping the player experience at the core of your recommendations, leveraging User Research and Game Data
Facilitating communication between internal teams and partner studios (Game Design, Narrative, UX, Art Direction…).
Performing in-depth benchmarks of both internal and competitor games.
Defining content priorities throughout the development process.
Mentoring and supporting less experienced Line Designers.
Providing regular reports on the content status of ongoing projects.
