As a Market Research Manager, you will assist the Market Research Director and play a key role in helping our teams and partners better understand the commercialization of our games.
By providing data-driven analyses and recommendations, you will contribute to reducing business risks and identifying opportunities and threats for the Pullup Entertainment group's projects.
With the support of the Data team (Analysts and Data Scientists), you will use internal or external tools and carry out studies intended to inform decision-making in the marketing, production, and business areas.
Your main missions:
1 – Conduct consumer & market studies
- In close collaboration with the Production and Marketing teams, you will carry out in-depth analyses of our upcoming titles.
- This includes collecting insights on player expectations, positioning, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- You will be responsible for presenting your results to project teams, developers, and external partners.
- You will regularly update your research throughout the game development cycle.
- Depending on project needs, you will be required to frame and implement consumer studies (questionnaires, surveys, focus groups), with the possible support of external providers.
2 – Provide strategic market analyses
- You will continuously monitor trends in the video game industry (platforms, genres, economic models, etc.) and share your analyses during regular updates to the group and top management.
- By analyzing market revenues and forecasts, you will produce clear and concise reports and formulate actionable recommendations to support management's strategic decision-making.
- You will also carry out benchmarks on competing titles and emerging genres to provide the group's teams with relevant and timely insights.
Job Requirements

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Market Research or a related field.
- Prior experience in the video game industry or market research.
Skills:
- Experience in designing quantitative and qualitative studies in the video game field, as well as in analyzing their results.
- Strong understanding of how the video game industry works and the challenges it faces.
- Experience collaborating with market research providers (IPSOS, Interpret, Solsten, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAS solutions such as those offered by Newzoo, Circana, etc.
- Knowledge of quantitative data analysis tools – an interest in data science is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English.

- Remote work: 2 days per week.
