What success looks like in this role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the technological vision and driving the development of our AI Knowledge Curation platform, which analyzes millions of customer support tickets from Fortune 500 enterprises to identify opportunities for knowledge base improvement. The following points may give you a good overview of specific tasks:
- Core Development: Lead and contribute hands-on to the design, implementation, and optimization of ML pipelines for ingesting, processing, and analyzing high-volume customer support data.
- Research and Experimentation: Drive research initiatives exploring state-of-the-art techniques in large-scale text analytics, clustering, topic modeling, and advanced LLM prompting strategies, integrating relevant findings into the product.
- Evaluation and Benchmarking: Design and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure the accuracy, impact, and business value of knowledge recommendations generated by the system.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions and ensure the system delivers measurable value to enterprise customers.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers on the team, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, high standards, experimentation, and continuous learning.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering/machine learning projects
- 2+ years experience implementing LLM-based (or similar) solutions in production
- Experience working with Python and its machine learning libraries
- Experience working with Spark or other distributed computations framework
- Experience mentoring other Machine Learning team members
- Algorithms and data structures knowledge
- Ability to grasp new technologies very quickly
- Ability to work effectively and independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally in English

Salary: up to 75.000 € gross annually based on competencies and skills
