This Senior Manager, Customer Consulting role at LSEG TORA involves overseeing the execution and delivery of valuable client services, including onboarding, STP integration, and special projects.   • Become an authority in TORA OEMS and PRMS functionality.
  • Work directly with traders, portfolio managers, and back/middle office staff.
  • Collaborate with Sales for pre- and post-sales processes.
  • Lead onboarding of new LSEG TORA clients, ensuring smooth launch.
  • Define requirements and own straight-through-processing of trade information.
  • Lead client-specific projects from definition to completion.
  • Fulfill new client requests for functionality and configuration changes.
  • Accurately record all projects and time spent.
  • Support cross-regional initiatives for global goals.

Job Details

You will be handling the execution and delivery of the valuable services that LSEG TORA provides to clients, including: on-boarding, STP integration and management of other special projects to support the trading and operational activities of our clients. This role will require a multifaceted professional who has a strong focus on customer service, and can handle client expectations in the delivery of all committed project goals and timelines.

Your responsibilities

  • Become an authority in the functionality and use of the TORA OEMS and PRMS and other industry leading products and services
  • Work directly with traders, portfolio managers, back / middle office staff, brokers and other software vendors to implement solutions for our clients
  • Collaborate with Sales throughout the pre- and post-sales process, including discovery, setting up tailored solution demonstrations, and assessing implementation requirements
  • Actively lead the onboarding of new LSEG TORA clients, helping to align LSEG TORA solutions to client goals and workflows, ensuring a smooth launch experience
  • Working with our engineering teams, optimally define the requirements and own the straight-through-processingof trade information from LSEG TORA to downstream systems in use by clients (integration work and ongoing change management)
  • Lead client-specific projects – including defining the requirements, crafting SOW documents, and project handling until completion
  • Fulfill new requests for clients – from new functionality in the system to configuration changes – within the time frames required
  • Accurately record all projects and time spent using the systems and processes
  • Actively support cross-regional initiatives for clients and the team to satisfy the company’s global goals

What we are looking for

  • Knowledge of financial products and experience working in the electronic trading space, eg OMS, EMS, FIX connectivity
  • Proven experience within the financial services industry with a deep understanding of systems, applications and programs
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, project management, planning and organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in English
  • Comfortable addressing clients; skilled in listening to clients to gather requirements
  • Ability to multitask in a multifaceted environment with a focus on attention to detail
  • Uses analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency to provide solutions and new insights
  • Ability to forge positive relationships with clients, partners, and within the team
  • Japanese language skills will be an advantage

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $166,500 - $277,500.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG’s Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
