Job Summary
Resolver is seeking a Senior Manager, Inbound and Web to lead the company's digital growth strategy, encompassing paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO, and website performance. This role is crucial for driving inbound pipeline by ensuring digital channels, content, and user experiences seamlessly attract, convert, and retain customers. The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to optimize website discoverability and conversion, building a robust online growth engine for Resolver, a high-growth SaaS company.
Must Have
- Own and deliver a cohesive digital growth roadmap across paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO, and web.
- Manage overall digital budget, allocating spend based on channel performance and ROI.
- Lead channel strategy to increase inbound leads that drive qualified opportunities.
- Partner with Demand and Product Marketing to define keyword and topic strategies for SEO and AEO.
- Oversee conversion rate optimization initiatives across the website.
- Lead website strategy, ensuring Resolver.com is optimized for growth, UX, and conversion.
- Oversee UX design and web development priorities.
- Manage roadmap for website enhancements including structure, accessibility, speed, and user experience.
- Oversee team manager that runs campaign planning, budgeting, and optimization across paid search, social, directories, and display channels.
- Build and maintain dashboards for paid, organic, and web performance in tools like GA4, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Develop a unified measurement framework connecting digital activity to opportunity and revenue impact.
- Deliver actionable insights on audience behavior, channel performance, and content effectiveness.
- Coach and develop the digital and web team.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, AEO, and paid media.
- Proven experience leading high-performing digital or web teams.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Tableau.
- Working knowledge of HTML, UX best practices, and CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.).
- Experience with website CMS management and technical SEO practices.

_Resolver is looking for a Senior Manager, Inbound and Web two own Resolver’s digital growth strategy: spanning paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO, and the website. This role drives inbound pipeline by ensuring digital channels, content, and experiences work together seamlessly to attract, convert, and retain customers. The Senior Manager leads cross-functional strategy for website performance, discoverability, and conversion optimization, building a strong foundation for Resolver’s online growth engine.

Digital Growth Strategy (30%)
Measures of Success: Improved SEO rankings for high-intent keywords, increased inbound MQLs from organic and paid channels, higher web conversion rates, reduced cost-per-opportunity
- Own and deliver a cohesive digital growth roadmap across paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO, and web.
- Manage overall digital budget, allocating spend based on channel performance and ROI.
- Lead channel strategy to increase inbound leads that drive qualified opportunities, optimizing for cost-per-opportunity.
- Partner with Demand and Product Marketing to define keyword and topic strategies for SEO and AEO, ensuring Resolver content ranks for core industry and intent-based searches.
- Guide AEO/GEO optimization for AI and voice search discoverability across key product and solution areas.
- Oversee conversion rate optimization initiatives across the website to increase form fills, demo requests, and overall conversion rates.
- Identify emerging channels and digital opportunities that can drive growth.
- Align Resolver’s digital experience with brand and campaign objectives, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
Web Strategy & Optimization (25%)
Measures of Success: Increased site engagement and session duration, improved conversion paths, enhanced technical SEO scores, faster site performance.
- Lead website strategy, ensuring Resolver.com is optimized for growth, UX, and conversion.
- Oversee UX design and web development priorities to ensure a high-performing, secure, and visually consistent website.
- Manage roadmap for website enhancements including structure, accessibility, speed, and user experience.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the website supports all go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and campaign priorities.
- Ensure all pages are optimized for SEO, AEO, mobile responsiveness, and CRO best practices.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution (20%)
Measures of Success: Increased MQL and opportunity generation from paid efforts, improved ROAS, continuous improvement in campaign testing and insights.
- Oversee team manager that runs campaign planning, budgeting, and optimization across paid search, social, directories, and display channels.
- Collaborate with content, product, and demand gen teams to align paid programs with business priorities and ABM targets.
- Ensure messaging, creative, and targeting are continuously tested and refined for performance.
- Guide team to leverage data, remarketing, and lookalike audiences to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Evaluate channel effectiveness regularly, shifting resources to the highest ROI areas.
Analytics, Insights & Reporting (15%)
Measures of Success: Data-driven recommendations implemented, monthly and quarterly reports maintained, clear visibility into inbound funnel performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards for paid, organic, and web performance in tools like GA4, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Develop a unified measurement framework connecting digital activity to opportunity and revenue impact.
- Deliver actionable insights on audience behavior, channel performance, and content effectiveness.
- Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure tracking, tagging, and attribution are accurate and consistent across platforms.
Team Leadership & Collaboration (10%)
Measures of Success: Team members meet performance goals and development milestones, collaboration across teams improves digital outcomes, positive engagement and retention
- Coach and develop the digital and web team, fostering expertise across SEO, paid, and UX disciplines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with broader go-to-market goals.
- Lead collaboration between demand gen, content, and design to maintain high-quality, high-performing digital assets.
- Contribute to marketing leadership discussions, supporting culture, engagement, and continuous improvement.
More about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, AEO, and paid media
- Proven experience leading high-performing digital or web teams
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Tableau
- Working knowledge of HTML, UX best practices, and CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.)
- Experience with website CMS management and technical SEO practices
- Google Ads and GA4 certification preferred
