Job Summary

The SDR Enablement Specialist at Resolver is responsible for empowering Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and supporting SDR Managers through impactful enablement programs. This role involves designing, administering, and executing onboarding and ongoing training experiences to drive SDR performance and opportunity generation. Key responsibilities include developing sales development methodologies, best practices, and tools, as well as creating and maintaining enablement content. The specialist will also optimize processes, measure program effectiveness, and collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives.

Must Have

  • 2 years in an SDR Role, Sales Enablement, SDR Management, or related role
  • Strong understanding of SDR workflows, prospecting strategies, and sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft)

Position at Resolver

Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. For this particular role we are looking for someone who wants to hang out with us in real life 2 times per week with our awesome team.

Reporting into the Director, Sales Enablement and Operations the SDR Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in empowering our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and supporting SDR Managers through impactful enablement programs. This position is responsible for designing, administering, and executing onboarding and ongoing training experiences that drive SDR performance and opportunity generation. You will define, develop, and deliver sales development methodologies, best practices, and tools that help SDRs succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your day to day - let's break it down!:

Training and Coaching (30%)

Measures of Success: Reduced time to productivity for new hires, improved connect-to-meeting and meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates, increased SDR efficiency and opportunity attainment.

  • Design and deliver SDR-specific training programs including onboarding and upskilling with a focus on cold calling, prospecting, email outreach, social selling, and tech stack utilization.
  • Provide value messaging training leveraging customer stories, marketing collateral, and competitive insights.

Content Development (35%)

Measures of Success: Positive feedback from SDRs and SDR Managers on enablement programs.

  • Create, curate, and maintain SDR enablement materials including playbooks, training guides, processes, and value messaging resources.
  • Ensure all content is organized and easily accessible for SDRs.

Process Optimization (15%)

  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to increase connect-to-meeting and meeting-to opportunity conversion rates.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Operations to manage and optimize the SDR tech stack.

Performance Measurement (15%)

  • Develop and maintain reporting on enablement program effectiveness and SDR progression.
  • Track impact on SDR efficiency, opportunity attainment, and conversion metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration (5%)

  • Partner with Product Marketing and SDR Leaders to translate product knowledge into actionable messaging and training.
  • Align SDR enablement initiatives with AE enablement programs.

What you will bring:
