Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Manager of Community Engagement to lead industry communications efforts. This role is responsible for telling the compelling story of the impactful work being done by the Community Sales team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute communication strategies, create and manage content across multiple channels, collaborate with internal teams, and produce talking points. This position is pivotal in amplifying the voice and impact of the Community Sales team and ensuring industry partners are informed and inspired.
Must Have
- Develop and execute communication strategies for Community Sales team.
- Create and manage content for newsletters, presentations, press releases, webinars, marketing materials, and talking points.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, client delivery, corporate communications, and brand.
- Produce talking points and briefing materials for leadership and sales teams.
- Coordinate and support webinars and virtual events.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of communication assets.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate relevant insights.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies.
- Develop and manage sales pitch material for campaigns.
- Develop and manage the client Quarterly Business Review template.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree OR 5+ years with an Advanced Degree OR 2+ years with a PhD.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with content creation across various formats and platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in communication tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, webinar platforms).

- 9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree OR 7+ years with an Advanced Degree OR 3+ years with a PhD.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience measuring the impact of Communication with a proven track record.

This role is responsible for telling the compelling story of the impactful work being done by our Community Sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic communicator who can craft and deliver impactful messages across multiple channels and formats, including newsletters, presentations, press releases, webinars, marketing materials, and talking points. This role is pivotal in amplifying the voice and impact of our Community Sales team and ensuring our industry partners and clients are informed and inspired by our work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies that highlight the achievements and initiatives of the Community Sales team.
- Create and manage content for newsletters, presentations, press releases, webinars, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, client delivery, corporate communications, and brand to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Produce talking points and briefing materials for leadership and sales teams to support industry engagement.
- Coordinate and support webinars and virtual events that showcase community engagement and sales success stories.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of communication assets.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into communication strategies.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage sales pitch material for campaigns especially the introductory email and talking points.
- Develop and manage the client Quarterly Business Review template.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with content creation across various formats and platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in communication tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, webinar platforms).

- Experience in content creation including newsletters, presentations, press releases, and webinars
- Experience measuring the impact of Communication with a proven track record of developing strategies and improved effectiveness.

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

**U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 127,300.00 to 184,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
