Job Title: Senior Manager – IT
Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive excellence across system administration, network and security operations, and infrastructure reliability. This role demands hands-on expertise, strategic oversight, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Systems Administration & Automation
- Spearhead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers across cloud platforms with diverse operating systems.
- Provide expert-level support for endpoint operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
- Manage Entera systems and oversee strategic deployment of Group Policies.
- Drive automation initiatives using scripting and AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure system resilience through robust high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and oversee enterprise software licensing compliance.
- Lead patch management, software distribution, and driver updates across endpoints.
Network Architecture & Security Operations
- Architect and execute network solutions including Wi-Fi optimization and authentication troubleshooting.
- Design and manage firewall infrastructures, VPN configurations, and secure office wireless networks.
- Resolve compliance issues, eliminate policy conflicts, and enforce best practices across environments.
- Implement and maintain advanced security solutions
Infrastructure Reliability & Monitoring
- Develop and maintain proactive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational continuity.
- Configure alerts and correlate logs using SIEM tools; conduct regular compliance reviews. Be compliant with Organization compliance policies.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and project implementations.
- Develop clear, user-friendly instructions and visual aids to support troubleshooting and onboarding.
- Maintain and update operational playbooks to reflect current practices and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT systems and network administration.
- Deep expertise in Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on experience with networking and firewall technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- Microsoft Certified: MS-100, MS-500, AZ-500
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Microsoft SC-100, MD-100.
