Nasdaq is seeking a strategic, AI-forward Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making for their Capital Access Platforms marketing organization. This role involves interpreting complex data, building dashboards for various stakeholder levels, and delivering insights to shape marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be adept at architecting and designing solutions with clear business outcomes, understanding the importance of automation and data integration. Responsibilities include developing analytics frameworks, translating data into actionable insights, designing and maintaining dashboards, ensuring data integrity, providing data-backed recommendations for budget allocation and campaign optimization, and championing the use of AI and machine learning for predictive modeling and marketing automation. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with digital marketing, product marketing, sales, and finance.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills to present data to non-technical audiences
Good to have:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or financial services marketing

What You Will Do

We’re looking for a strategic, AI-forward Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making across our Capital Access Platforms marketing organization. This role will be pivotal in interpreting complex data, building dashboards for multiple partner levels, and delivering insights that shape marketing strategy and execution.

We’re especially looking for someone who can architect and design toward clear business outcomes and who understands how automation and data integration play a critical role in achieving them.

Data Strategy & Interpretation

  • Develop and implement analytics frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and return on investment.

  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for marketing, sales, and executive teams.

  • Ensure that all analytics initiatives are designed with a clear end-goal in mind, aligning with business outcomes.

Dashboard Development & Reporting

  • Design and maintain dashboards tailored to different collaborators’ needs from tactical campaign metrics to executive-level goals.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.

  • Build reporting systems that are scalable and automated wherever possible.

  • Be the custodian and implement shared reporting frameworks — responsible for standardization of stakeholder-facing reporting, quarterly reviews, customized, and other performance reporting.

Strategic Decision Support

  • Provide data-backed recommendations on budget allocation, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.

  • Partner with marketing leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve channel performance.

  • Drive a culture of proactive insight generation, not just reactive reporting.

Marketing Technology & Integration

  • Leverage platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, and Google Analytics to unify data sources and enhance reporting capabilities.

  • Collaborate with marketing operations and IT to ensure seamless integration and data flow across systems.

  • Find opportunities to automate data feeds and reduce manual reporting overhead.

  • Own marketing tagging structure and other attribution models that connect pipeline impacts of marketing campaign efforts to business outcomes.

AI-Forward Analytics

  • Champion the use of AI and machine learning to enhance predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.

  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and trends to continuously evolve our analytics capabilities.

  • Lead the team in applying AI to design smarter, more efficient marketing systems.

  • Apply predictive analytics models to forecast trends, recommend tactics, and optimize journey orchestration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital marketing, product marketing, sales, and finance to align on goals and reporting standards.

  • Act as the analytics lead for marketing technology initiatives and data governance.

  • Ensure that analytics solutions are designed with cross-functional usability and automation in mind.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.

What Would Be Helpful

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or financial services marketing.

  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools like 6sense or Zoominfo.

  • Passion for storytelling through data and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Demonstrated interest in AI-driven marketing innovation.

  • Proven ability to design analytics systems that are outcome-focused and automation-enabled.

  • Amenable to working Night Shift throughout the work week and at least twice per week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
