Job Description

Nasdaq is seeking a Corporate Solutions Senior RFP Analyst to join their team. This role involves collaborating with functional teams like marketing, sales, and product to manage and respond to customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The analyst will maintain a master database of knowledge responses, analyze RFP requirements, and prepare accurate pricing sections for proposals. The position requires understanding Nasdaq's products, identifying customer trends, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of questionnaires. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring at least two days a week in the office, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and global impact.
Must have:
  • University degree or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience completing SaaS RFPs and questionnaires.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience with RFP response software tools.
  • Knowledge of ESG reporting or corporate governance.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate and coordinate activities across functional teams (marketing, sales, product, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders) to ensure accuracy, confirm answers, and maintain a master database of knowledge responses with responses to customer ‘Requests for Reponses” (RFPs)
  • Manage the completion and delivery of questionnaires assigned in a timely and organized manner
  • Understand the products we offer and can make suggestions based on issues or trends they identified on the customer side
  • Analyze RFPs, review documents to understand customer requirements, pricing criteria, and compliance needs
  • Prepare Proposals, draft detailed, accurate pricing sections for proposals, ensuring clarity and compliance
  • Solid understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and a basic knowledge of other disciplines
  • Basic understanding of how own area integrates with broader Business/Expert function
  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
  • Communicates with tact and diplomacy in a concise and logical way, sensitive to various audiences

What We Expect

  • ·Has university degree and/or specialized external certification as equivalent
  • Proven experience in completing SaaS RFPs and Questionnaires
  • Prior experience with RFP response software tools is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in common efficiency and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Sharepoint)
  • Performs well with general instructions on routine work; requires detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Quality of work frequently impacts other, closely related work teams (those with interdependent deliverables)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze information and draw conclusions
  • The ability to work independently and function as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to and complete projects in adjacent areas
  • ·Knowledge and/or curiosity about the ESG reporting and/or corporate governance landscape desired, but not required
