As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will define and lead the product marketing strategy that drives adoption, competitive differentiation, and measurable business outcomes. You are the strategic connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and customer success—guiding GTM execution, shaping product narratives, and ensuring that business priorities are translated into market impact. This role is not about running demos or managing feature-level outputs. Instead, you are a high-impact strategist who shapes product positioning, orchestrates major launches, and influences long-term business decisions. You will build frameworks, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the commercial organization is fully equipped to win in the market.

Must Have

  • Lead product marketing strategy across a portfolio of products, owning priorities, frameworks, and outcomes.
  • Define and evolve positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate us in the market.
  • Drive cross-functional planning and alignment for product launches and releases.
  • Partner with product and commercial leaders to drive market-informed strategic recommendations.
  • Leverage buyer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform roadmap decisions and GTM approaches.
  • Architect GTM strategy for your products, including target segments, messaging pillars, and buyer journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with growth, brand, and sales leadership to integrate events, campaigns, and programs.
  • Develop and optimize sales enablement programs that equip teams with tools, narratives, and insights.
  • Own the planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution of major launches and releases.
  • Establish KPIs, measure success, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to product and commercial teams, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead alignment across product, marketing, sales, and customer success, navigating competing priorities.
  • Influence key stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and driving decision-making.
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, including strategic, market-facing leadership.
  • Proven ability to develop and drive product marketing strategy across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional storyteller, able to communicate complex concepts to executive, technical, and customer audiences.
  • Experienced in building frameworks and processes that scale product marketing impact across the organization.
  • Strong project and program leadership skills; able to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM, collaboration, and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Marketing Cloud/Pardot).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; experienced engaging senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
  • Demonstrated owner’s mindset: proactive, accountable, and committed to driving outcomes.
